The hose reels are mainly used to reel hoses for fresh water supply, MDO fuel supply and hydraulic oil or to reel electrical power supply cables.

TSL’s hose reels – which range from 1 to 8 inches in diameter and up to 4 meters flange size – have applications both onshore and offshore,.also the hose reels are offered with capacities according to our clients requests. The hose will be stored in one or two layers. The motors drive the hose reel drum via a geared slewing ring. The gear units are fitted with fail-safe brakes with a brake moment to fulfil the demand of maximum pull force. A spooling device for the hose reel is included in the package. It is used to make sure the hose is aligned properly when reeling in and out.

The hose reel is operated by local or remote control. The reel wiches are supplied with self-contained hydraulic power and control units. Optional pneumatic or electrical drive and control systems are available.
